The right place, the right pace, the right people.

Orion Voyages is a luxury and family travel advisor in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina, founded on one conviction: a trip worth taking shouldn’t cost you weeks of research, a browser full of tabs and second-guessing.

Like the constellation we’re named for, a great trip needs a few fixed points to navigate by. We start with the small things — early starts or long lunches, a guided day or a day by the pool — and plan each day to suit them, whether it’s a honeymoon for two or grandparents, parents and a toddler sharing a villa.

How we use AI

The AI drafts. A person decides.

Our AI concierge lets you think out loud: describe the trip you have in mind and a draft appears, with flights, stays, a day-by-day plan and price estimates. It is a starting point, and our principles keep it that way.

Our responsible-AI principles

  • The AI never books

    It can suggest and estimate, but it can’t reserve, hold or pay for anything. Bookings are made by people: by your advisor, or by you on our cruise booking site.

  • Your advisor verifies everything

    Before booking anything for you, your advisor checks every flight, hotel and fare the AI suggested for current price and availability.

  • You can always talk to a person

    Skip the concierge entirely, or leave it at any point. Email and phone reach a person, not the AI.

  • We don’t sell your data

    What you share is used to plan your trip. We never sell your personal information.

  • Chats expire

    Concierge chats are deleted within 90 days. If you send the trip to your advisor, a copy is kept with your trip request.

However big or small the trip, you can hold us to these.

  1. We ask about everyone who’s coming — ages, energy levels, dietary needs, the one thing each person hopes for — and plan rooms, pacing and extras around them.
  2. We recommend only what we would happily book for our own family.
  3. We’re upfront about budgets, inclusions and supplier terms, and nothing is booked until you’ve approved the final price in writing.
  4. We price your dates with more than one supplier and ask for upgrades, resort credits or breakfast wherever they’re offered.
  5. We sort out the new arrangements with you when plans change mid-trip.
